Founded on faith and built just a year and a half into her career, Haven & Mane reflects a commitment to continued education, including advanced training through the Charlotte Aveda Institute, and a standard that goes beyond the expected. Every part of the space was designed with intention. to create a private, welcoming environment where beauty meets a touch of heaven. Each service is tailored to you, with attention to the details that make you feel your best. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We value both your time and ours, and ask that any changes to your appointment be made with care and consideration. To ensure the highest level of service for all clients Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the service total No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur a 100% service charge and may require prepayment for any future bookings. A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure appointments. This fee is applied toward your service. We understand that life happens, and we will always do our best to accommodate emergencies. Your respect for our time allows us to continue providing an exceptional experience to every guest.
